Honest James

Glenn James,a homeless man lives in the streets of Boston, found a backpack containing $42,000 cash and travelers checks at South Bay Mall in Sep 14th, James didn’t keep the money, he turned over the backpack to a police in the shopping center.

This backpack belonged to a Chinese traveller, the police tracked down him through passport and returned him the backpack. James received a special citation of appreciation from the police.

It’s not the end.

A Virginia marketing accounts manager Whittington was touched by this story, he felt James should be rewarded for his honesty; he built a website gofundme.com as a fund for James, after more people know the story, people began donating to the fund, till Sep 20th, more than $122 had been collected, far above his initial objective $50,000.

Good people always get the best.
