Amazing ice cave in Russia


This amazing ice cave is discovered nearby a volcano on the Kamchatka Peninsula, Russia. The cave is nearly 1km long, there is a hot water spring in the tunnel which caused the formation of the ice cave, the rooftop of the cave is thinner and thinner because of the globe warming, so the sunlight can filter through the domed thin ice and reflected wonderful colors, as if in a wonderland.

The cave is discovered by photographers Denis Budkov and Natalia Balentsova, they were shocked by the beautiful scenery when they got into this magic ice cave.

The Kamchatka Peninsula locates in far east of Russia, it was still a off-limits region to foreign explorers until 1990, it has spectacular coastline, lakes, volcanoes and rivers.
